Granite Peak Business Center

Sited with sweeping views toward the entrepreneur's ranch, the city and Casper Mountain in the distance, the structure becomes a convenient headquarters office location.

The portfolio included a construction company specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings, which dictated the structure type. However, the pre-engineered metal building was disguised by rendering the exterior with a clean modern look. Steel eyebrows demark the entry while nodding to the groups' ties to construction. Glazing dominates the façade reflecting the surrounding landscape onto the building and allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces while providing sweeping exterior views. Window frames mediate the atypical material patterning of the façade to complete the contemporary look.

The contemporary look is continued on the interior with crisp clean lines. The group's strong ties to the construction industry accent the interior in the form of I-beam steel fireplace mantel, intricate steel guardrail detailing and artwork from the State archives depicting historic buildings under construction.
